My Thoughts On My Visual Diary Project

The task we were set on 14/9/15 is to help us to develop our skills over the next four weeks. I am going to explore the idea of being a visual journalist and capture my everyday life through a lens.When we were first given the task, I felt it was very vague and felt like a little fish in the huge ocean. However after doing some research and having given it some thought, I feel the task is a good idea as it allows us to express ourselves in our own way. I will be able to include my everyday routine, from going to college, work and going to social events.I will experiment with using both my phone and my camera, seeing what works well for me. Having looked through several Instagram accounts I have found some inspiring accounts which have filled my head with ideas and concepts I would love to try. I hope to portray my interests and hobbies within my work.
